Microsoft shares Welcome to Paradise Found Fiber Farm! When I was 10, I visited the Catskill Game Farm in upstate New York and met a llama at the petting zoo that ate the bow off my pony tail. It was love at first sight, and I knew that someday a llama would be part of my life.

Twenty-eight years later (in 1986), my husband Lou and I purchased our first llamas. We bred and sold llamas for a number of years before narrowing our focus to fiber. We purchased our first Pygora goats in 2004 and added alpacas in 2007. We raise our animals solely for their fiber and no longer breed them for resale.

When to visit:

We invite you to visit our farm and we welcome visitors to the Fiber Shack and Farm any day of the year. We are open weekends 10-4 and on weekdays we ask that you call ahead, and please note that we can be flexible to accommodate your schedule. We encourage spinning / knitting / tour groups to come and meet here in the barn for a visit; contact us for arrangements. (Our map is on the Events page). In addition to the Fiber Shack filled with hand spun, hand  knitted, hand dyed items; roving; felt and more; we offer fresh eggs year round (reserve ahead); seasonal fruits and vegetables; and educational farm tours.

2012 Events

• May 2012 FiberQuest UPDATE:     For the May FiberQuest Poster and Ticket, click on Spring FiberQuest!  Remember, mark your calendar and make your plans  to  participate in the exciting May 17, 18, 19, & 20, 2012 event to be eligible to become a winner for a wonderful fiber filled gift basket.
• The Fall FiberQuest event will be held November 2, 3, & 4, 2012. Additional information concerning the Fall FiberQuest will be announced later in the year.
• The 5th annual WIFFFS event will be held on September 15, 2012,  at Paradise Found Fiber Farm, Clinton, on beautiful Whidbey Island. Updates will be posted throughout the months and days leading up to the event.
